You can add users to Otixo as members or guests. A huge omission from the cheaper paid plan is the ability to link third-party cloud services to Otixo - a feature you only get on the priciest plan.Īdding users is easy, and you can designate them as either members or guests. So, for example, all plans let you upload and share files, but only the two paid plans let you organize those files into folders. These collaboration features are largely absent from the free plan. It works similarly to Slack, though it isn’t advanced enough to be considered an alternative to Slack. In Otixo, collaboration is done through so-called “work spaces.” Here, you can create channels where you will be able to chat and have audio and video calls with your teams. We’ll talk more about these shortcomings in a later section, so here we’ll focus mostly on Otixo’s collaboration features. While it does an OK enough job in the project management department, it’s one of the least developed multi-cloud managers we’ve ever tried out.
